All of our items are made to order. Production takes approximately 2-4 weeks after your order is confirmed, and items are shipped as soon as they are completed.

Shipping rates vary by destination country or region. The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Duties and import taxes on international orders

For orders shipped outside Japan, any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping cost.

The amount is determined by the customs authority of the destination country, so we are unable to inform you of it in advance. Please contact your local customs office for details. Payment is made directly to the carrier when you receive your order.

If payment of these charges is refused, or the parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will refund the amount paid less the outbound and return shipping costs and any fees incurred.
